ADGM’s FSRA issues notice regarding unauthorised domains misusing Sarwa’s name

The Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of ADGM would like to bring to the attention of the financial services community and members of the public the existence of a number of domains that falsely purport to be associated with Sarwa Digital Wealth (Capital) Limited (Sarwa), an entity duly authorised and regulated by the FSRA.

Domains of concern:

  • https://apply.sarwa.email;
  • https://meetify.cloud/sarwa/interview;
  • https://hr.sarwa.me;
  • https://sarwa.team;
  • https://sarwa.com.co; and
  • https://indeed.sarwa.me (together the “Domains”)

Sarwa has confirmed to the FSRA that it has no connection to, and is not responsible for, any of the Domains. The Domains appear to be impersonating Sarwa, including by falsely presenting themselves as part of an employment or recruitment process operated by Sarwa.

The FSRA would like to make it clear that the Domains are not associated with or operated by Sarwa. Members of the public, job seekers and others who encounter the Domain are advised to exercise caution and to refrain from providing personal or financial information through them. Sarwa has confirmed that its only official careers site is https://careers.sarwa.co/.
