UK, 08 February 2021 – Europa Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager, has appointed Lynn Smith as Development Director.
In the role of Development Director, Lynn will be responsible for the strategic management and financial oversight of Europa Capital’s UK and European developments, including working with joint venture and operating partners to ensure project delivery and the implementation of leasing strategies for relevant schemes.
Lynn brings over 20 years’ of development experience from leading investment managers including Aviva Investors and M&G Real Estate, where she was responsible for overseeing project and stakeholder management across mixed use commercial developments. Lynn is also a judge for the 2020/2021 British Council for Offices Awards.
