Arab Bank has recently launched an updated version of its “Arabi Mobile” app in a new design allowing customers to carry out many banking transactions online around the clock using their smartphones and tablets with utmost ease, flexibility, and security.
The launch of the new version of the application comes as part of Arab Bank’s constant efforts to deploy the latest digital banking solutions, offering its customers a seamless banking experience. The applications’ new features include the ability to modify the home screen, customize the display of accounts and cards according to customers’ evolving needs, utilize the new favorites section for frequently used products and services, as well as the ability to pin any of the customers’ favorite services on the home screen. The update also introduces a “More” menu offering customers quick access to any product within set categories, the new search feature with shortcuts for most-used services. The new version of Arabi Mobile app is available to Arab Bank customers through Apple Store, Google Play, and Huawei AppGallery. It is worth mentioning that Arab Bank offers its customers a comprehensive range of digital banking solutions, which include in addition to “Arabi Mobile” App, “Arabi Online” service, digital onboarding in simple and easy steps via “Arabi Mobile” app, “MobiCash” payment app though cards via smartphones, “Arabi Pay” payment app through social apps such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. This is in addition to the self-service branch in Um Uthaina and self-service plug-ins in Taj Mall, Abdali Mall, Dabouq, and Airport Road, offering customers a wide range of transactions easily and securely, and around the clock such as, issuing and renewing credit cards and communicating in real-time with a bank representative through the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM).
